VIII Barcelona Global Energy Challenges 13th and 14th of June
A new energy paradigm is urgently needed.
During the last years, we have walked towards a global energy model in which new concepts such as supply security and being environmentally friendly are on top of the list.
Therefore, the model in energy business is changing in terms of the conventional energy use and supply used so far. It is in this field that new opportunities and technological challenges arise, not only for companies in the field, but also for the rest of agents involved in this economic activity.
The years to come will be crucial to distinguish between the succeeding and failing countries in these challenges. They will face the energy sources supply, protection of the environment and economic competence in the industrial network.
Consequently, it will be vital to work to take the right decisions to foster creating knowledge and to use and exploit recourses in a sensible way. This will let companies work towards a global thinking in the new energy paradigm.
The 8th edition of the Barcelona Conference Global Energy Challenges will focus on energy challenges, opportunities and strategies are already in action by those organizations who are leading this change.
The Conference will be held in Barcelona, on the 13th and 14th of June , in Torre Telefónica, Diagonal 00 or Plaça Ernest Lluch i Martí, 5 (Barcelona).
